One of the best known secrets in Las Vegas is the beautiful master plan community of Summerlin. Summerlin has been a best-selling master plan community in the Valley of Las Vegas for over 10 years. The community devised and developed by Howard Hughes Corporation is Hughes & # 39; Grandmother, Jean Amelia Summerlin. The first purchase of land to become summerlin took place in the 1950s, which was regarded as almost worthless at that time.

Summerlin's idea rooted in the neighborhood of a traditional small town that disappeared by combining state-of-the-art construction technology and advanced plan. The final result was spectacular, simply ... it was Summerlin.

Summerlin is set against the background of Red Rock conservation area. According to the census conducted in 2003, more than 84,000 people lived in the 22,500 acre community. There are now unique villas offering 18 unique villas, townhouses and condominiums, where residents can enjoy the high level community amenities and functions. There are two age restricted communities, Sun City Summerlin and Siena. Every village usually has one or more community parks and some have its own golf course. Each community is also bounded by a sidewalk that spans 150 miles. Some villas focus on specific themes and are known for local amenities. A good example is Arbor's village known for numerous community tennis courts.
