GALAHONY 'S LEGEND

According to the legend of la Gomera (Spanish island) there are 7 places where you could find magical water, its origin is a mystery. I revealed if you are looking at water and trying to find love. If the water was clean and transparent, I intended to find someone, but if the water was cloudy there was not much that you could expect. In the village fair of "Beñesmén", a group of young people went to "Los chorros de Epina" (Epina Stream) and saw the water. One of them was Princess Gala of Agaro. She was furious and initially showed a gentle image, but suddenly a black shadow began to appear and the water became rough. Wiseman 's Gerian warned, "We must accept what will happen, escape from the fire, glasses, that will cause you to extinguish." Gala kept his ideas intact, but the sad feeling began to talk about the village.

On the day before the fair of the village, "Menceyes" of Tenerife (royal family) arrived at the village. "Mencey" (king) from Adeje came with his son Jonay and a handsome boy. Gara could not stop his eyes and fell in love as soon as I saw each other in my eyes. After that, their involvement was announced, but as the news began to spread, the volcano "Teide" spewed lava from the lamellar "gomera" with a terrible power. They remembered the premonition given to Gara. "You need to accept what will happen, the escape from the opposite Gall, or fire will annihilate you" Jonay, the prince of fire (on the volcano Tenerife). That relationship was impossible. A bad moment will come if they do not break, so their parents ordered them not to see each other again. When the volcano fell down and the village fair was over, the time to return to Tenerife came, but one of the visitors was particularly angry and worried.

Jonai jumped into the water in the middle of the night that everyone swam to the island to meet his loved ones while sleeping. He had two animal bladders around his waist to help him swim, it was a long and difficult journey, he reached the shore with a crack at dawn. He went out looking for a loved one, closely hugging each other, crossing the forest of Gomera, and escaping across the cedar sleeping together all night. Gara 's father found it and suddenly went searching for his daughter. When they caught them, the only way was there was a sharp stick between them, that was the end. They saw each other and pushed the sticks until they died. Gara, Princess of Water and Prince Jonay of the Fire put their name in the cave at the highest peak of "Gomera" in Galagione National Park.

Legend of Ghost Island (San Borondon), Fuerteventura

There are seven canary islands in Spain, but I think there are eight canary islands. I am talking about Ghost Island, a mysterious island, "San Borodon island".

San Borondon was born in the name of the Irish monk "Saint Brendan" (480-576) who participated in one of the most famous legends of Celtic culture. Land of the promise of Saint Brendan, journey to the island of the canal, happiness and blessing.

Brendan and his companion arrived at a mysterious island. It was full of trees and vegetation. When the island started to move suddenly, they were celebrating the masses. It was a huge oceanic creature, on the back.

After an important trip, Brendan was able to return home.

Many people say that based on this story the Irish crew probably reached the Medieval North American Coast, Iceland and the North Atlantic Islands.

From the 15th century, when there was a request from the Canary Islands, we began to hear stories about the eighth island seen from the west of La Palma, Hierro y la Gomera. The sailor approached the coast of the eighth island and saw mountains and valleys, began to be surrounded by a strange fog, disappeared.

This island was quickly confirmed as being the mythical whale island of San Brendan whose Canary Islands name was changed to Samboron Island. They strongly believed in the existence of this island and several seafarers swore that they landed on them and explored it before it disappeared again.

In the 15th century archive file there are many formal investigations conducted by the authorities of "El Hierro" where dozens of people witnessed the witnesses of this attractive island. As a result, an expedition to discover this island from Tenerife was held.

It is wonderful how this legend lives in the traditional folklore of popular canary. San Borondon still keeps the imagination of all the indigenous people of the Canary Islands, but many people are convinced that they are still looking at the horizon, expecting the island to appear through the fog.

Atlantis

For centuries, even after the call of Spain, people thought that the Canary Islands were the summit of the mountain of Atlantis. On a large submerged continent, "Timeo & Critias" Platón

Atlantis was a big island and was an island above "Libia and Asia together" located on the other side of the pillar of Elber (Gibraltar Strait). It was under the control of the ocean god Poseidon, which lived in Atlantis, the descendant of Atlas, his first king, the same god 's son and a dead woman.

There were other kinds of wealth in Atlantis, the village was the most progressive in the world, there was a big town with a palace and a temple of Poseidon in the center. His scientists handed out knowledge and civilization to other villages and learned what they kept in peace.

The inmates of Atlantis were faithful to laws of law, generosity and peace, because of their age. Over time, they became degenerate, greedy and warlike. Others have discovered the secret of God, the secret of cosmic energy, and the ability to destroy humanity.

Eleven and a half years ago, king Zeus of the gods punished Atlantis and volcanic eruption and earthquake destroyed the island in the catastrophe of the universe at night.

According to the legend of Atlantis, the islands of Azonian, Madeira, Canary Islands and Caborre Island are the only roads left from Atlantis, which was once the high mountain of the lost continent. The palaces and temples are still on the ocean floor of the Atlantic Ocean.

"Today, dolphins inhabit the monumental palace and seaweed covers the gardens and meadows ..."

(Jacinto Verdaguer - "The Atlantis")
