Paul's letter was directed not only to the small group of people known by the names of Timothy, Titus, Philemon but also to a large audience (Romans, Corinthians, Galatians). These letters provide insight into why the leader exists and that knowledge, skills and ability are important to today's leaders. In each letter, Paul is trying to answer questions about "meaning of life". (Romans 3: 9), marriage (Romans 7: 2, 1 Corinthians 7), unity (1 Corinthians 1:10), spiritual gifts (1 Corinthians 12 chapters, free Galatians 5: 17). After careful dissection of Pauline's letter to Romans, Corinthians, Galatians, Thessalonians, Philemoni people, I have identified a series of features that I regarded as essential for the development of Christian leaders. The practice of effective leadership is not delicately mentioned like human heart and mind. The list is not complete and it is not optimal for individual readers. These five characteristics are by no means exhaustive. But they convey power and promise the correctness of Paul 's sympathy, self - awareness, faith by faith, commitment and community. Compassion due to spiritual consensus
Every day, letters from non-profit organizations are packed into millions of US maildrops to raise funds for unhappy people. Jewish Christians near Jerusalem were reported to be at the end of hunger.
