The last time I was in Barolo is to drive to Strata Romantica delle Langhee del Roero (romantic road) which I recommend to Trevirolo Guests and General Lange. It is an itinerary to discover the most beautiful and interesting panoramic points in the area.
Each of the 11 stop points was selected from a special position and perspective on the natural landscape of the Langhe and Roero regions. Strada Romantica departs from Vezza D & amp; Alba, which is approximately 20 minutes by car from TorreBarolo, or Camerana, further from Barolo. 1. Vezza d & amp; Alba: steep hills, deep canyons, cliffs: famous Rocche in the Roero area on the left side of the Tanaro River. Vezza d & # 39; Alba was built more than 1000 years ago. There are war memorials in memory of heroes of resistance. In autumn we harvest the Nebbiolo grapes at the hills of Treiso, Neive and Barbaresco, from where Barbaresco wines are made.
5. Trezzo Tinella: It is on the boundary between Langhe and Monferrato, Trezzo Tinella, a small village in the forest. The interesting points of the village are the parish church of Sant Antonio Abate, the typical Piedmont neoclassic building (with bar vault), the chapel of Sant & Anna ai Fiori.
6. Benevello: It is the first point of Altaranga. In the historical center of Benevello, there is a nucleus in the square where the castle is located, probably built around 1100 for monitoring around the road from Langhe to Alba.
7. Sinio: This village is dominated by a castle built in the ruins of the former way that was destroyed by the Sforza family in 1431. Before that it was rebuilt with the wish of the Del Carretto family where Chapel of San was built. The Madonna Annunziata church of the 17th century is the host of Sinio's town theater.

10. Mombarcaro: Here you can see the scenery from Maritime Alps to the persistent snow of Monte Rosa. I visited the historical and ethnological museum, the San Rocco Church as "a deadly sin cover cover", the beautiful frescoes of Seva's Antonio Othello, the sanctuary of Madonna del Grazi (the village of Saint Louisi) We recommend you to visit.
11. Cameraana: This village is composed of various villages extending from the Borida Valley to the Belvo River Valley along the Bolmida River. SS Baroque church of Annunziata has precious high altar and it is made of fine multicolored marble mosaic. The nature of the region will surprise you: Riserva Naturale (wildlife reserve) Sorgenti del Belbo, located between the villages of Montezemolo, Camerana and Saliceto, is a special, unique and uncontaminated part of Langhe.
