Keystone Resort has seven villages, each with its own unique characteristics and characteristics. Which is right for you? In this article I will explain each village and decide which village you like.

Two of Keystone villages are the base area of Mount Ski. Mountain house and River Run.

Mountain House

This is the original base area of Keithone, when Max Dercum founded Keystone in 1970. Running along the foundation of Snake River Dercum Mountain, the slope has a small space. Only four buildings of Keystone are actually skiing out of ski in. Two of these buildings are Mountain House Village (Chateaux D & Mont Mont), the hot tub in the room and the slope side are ski in ski-out buildings. Mountain house is far less crowded than River Run, beginners and ski schools are wonderful. There is one cafeteria style restaurant, one ski rental shop, and one pizza joint, but there is not much in the village. Mountain houses are like having their own private mountains.

River flow

In 1987, Intra West (Owner Whistler and Copper Mountain and Winter Park) developed a $ 700 million river, a typical alpine ski village. A store, a coffee shop and a restaurant are on the 1st floor in a 12-story condominium. River Run gondola and high-speed quad lift service River Run. Running in the river is the most desirable place in Keystone, as judged by the number of guests who wish to stay there. The condominium building is new and the amenities are pretty good (pool, hot tub, pool table, sauna, fitness center etc). The disadvantage is that it is expensive, rooms tend to be smaller, which can be quite crowded.

Typical guests: family and young city experts

West Keystone

West Keystone is a collection of many traditional condominiums of all ages. A free shuttle bus runs every 5 minutes for the base area and 20 minutes for the peak season. The condo is surrounded by mature pine forests and you can enjoy the view of the wonderful Serakawa River. West Keystone is where there are two world class golf courses. West Keystone is safe even if it is about 10 minutes from the slope. The disadvantage is that as there are old ones in the building it is recommended that you can see the actually renting condoms as greatly different quality.

Typical guest: Families desiring value, people coming to keystone year by year.

East Keystone

The latest addition to keystone is East Keystone. Old ski hint lodge & # 39; Property which was the stop of the original bridge after you entered Keystone beyond the summit. There are only a few condominiums and several million dollar homes. The East Keystone Condominium is big, fresh and nice, and the ramp run's slopes are only 5-10 minutes away.

Typical guests: quiet and high-quality rich people.

North Keystone

US Highway 6 bisects the keystone into the mountain side (the south side of US 6) and North Keystone (everything on the other side of the highway 6). You can buy lots of money at North Keystone. Buildings tend to be older, but there are also some new developments. Again ... only 10 minutes to the slope, you can easily see at your condo in North Keystone.

Typical guest: Senior guest seeking value with young guests seeking cheap accommodation.

Lakeside Village

It is a village built around 5 acres of lake to go to the Keystone conference center. Can boat in summer and can skate in winter. There are also several shops and restaurants, as well as Keystone Inn, a 4-star hotel operated by Vail Resorts.

Typical guests: People who want the hotel instead of meeting attendees and Condo.

Keystone lunch

The seventh village is a gate community built at the original homestay site of Keystone Resort. Keystone Ranch does not have a condominium, even a detached house of more than $ 1 million extends to a new huge residential area of more than $ 10 million. Only a few families are rentable. There is also a clubhouse on the golf course heading for West Keystone from here.

Typical guest: rich guests want a house instead of a condominium.
